📦 When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Since we currently ship within Poland only, most deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package.

🚚 Where do you deliver?
Currently, Apostasnovo delivers within Poland only. We are working toward expanding our shipping options in the future to serve more customers internationally.

🔍 How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time until it arrives.

🔁 Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the pet stroller is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories. Please contact us first to receive return authorization and instructions.

❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect pet stroller?
If your pet stroller arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief explanation to info@apostasnovo.com, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
